ACR Recruitment & Training LTD are looking for a Room Leader, Assistant Deputy Manager and a Nursery Practitioner level 2 or Level 3 at a children's day nursery for our client in Oxfordshire.
This nursery position offers support, development and progression opportunities, and a salary negotiable depending on experience.
Your role will include:
Supervising and supporting a team and the children in working towards their Early Years learning goals Planning and implementing children's learning and play activities Observing and assessing children's learning and development in line with the EYFS Working in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers to meet the individual needs of children
You will ideally have:
A level 3 Nursery Nurse / Early Years qualification such as EYE, NVQ, CACHE or recognised equivalent A good understanding of the EYFS An understanding of planning, observing and record-keeping procedures Good communication and people skills
