Supervising and supporting a team and the children in working towards their Early Years learning goals. Planning and implementing children’s learning and play activities. Observing and assessing children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS. Working in partnership with colleagues, parents, and/or carers to meet the individual needs of children. You will ideally have:
A Level 3 Nursery Nurse / Early Years qualification such as EYE, NVQ, CACHE, or a recognised equivalent. A good understanding of the EYFS. An understanding of planning, observing, and record-keeping procedures. Good communication and people skills. What you can expect:
