Room Leader

Room Leader Position We are seeking a qualified and experienced Room Leader to join our team at Small World Day Nursery & Pre School in Doncaster. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality childcare and education, with a strong commitment to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Key Responsibilities: Lead planning for the EYFS curriculum and maintain accurate children's records. Act as Room Leader and implement the EYFS curriculum. Support and supervise room staff in their day-to-day duties and monitor their paperwork. Provide high standards of quality within the nursery, including the environment, resources, and experiences offered to children. Requirements: A minimum L3 childcare qualification. Prior experience as a Room Leader or similar role. Strong EYFS knowledge and a commitment to ongoing professional development. What We Offer: A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
