Room Leader , you will work alongside a team of Early Childhood Educators to deliver child-focused care to children 0-6 years of age and ensure Educators adhere to all policies and procedures. You will support their development by providing supervision, mentoring, and leading by example. In addition, you will contribute to the development of the Early Childhood Curriculum and plan and implement accordingly. Just as important, you’ll become part of a close-knit team who support each other, learn from each other, and love coming to work. What We’re Looking For You are passionate about children's learning and development and are a leader who can bring out the best in others. You will have: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA approved equivalent) Demonstrated experience supporting the development and learning of children 0-6 years old Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS) A current First Aid certificate, including asthma and anaphylaxis Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and self-learning to achieve the best outcomes for children Flexibility to work rotating shifts during operating hours High level of verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Satisfactory National Police Clearance obtained within the last six months Current WA Working with Children's Check As part of our commitment to being a Child Safe organisation, successful candidates are required to provide their Immunisation History Statement. While immunisations are highly encouraged, they are not mandatory. This information will help us assess and implement appropriate safety measures for everyone.
