This amazing position will require you to: Manage our Preschool Rooms Work alongside management to create caring and stimulating Preschool Rooms. Care for and love the children in your care. Help children become independent, creative, and confident young people. Ensure that children reach their full potential by planning exciting and stimulating activities in your specified room. Sing, play, read, and tell lots of stories. Not be scared of getting dirty and having fun. Be happy to spend time outdoors. Take children on walks around the local environment. Communicate well with parents and carers, including maintaining electronic learning journeys. Have a warm and positive approach, lots of creative ideas, and a willingness and dedication to work as part of a team. Qualifications/Experience needed for this role: Experience with children and nursery settings. Childcare background with knowledge of early childhood education Level 3 or above. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, staff, and parents. Leadership and management abilities to lead a nursery room. Good understanding of English and able to speak it clearly. Working hours: Curious Explorers is open from 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday and is closed for the Christmas week. 40/45-hour shifts are desirable (8/9/10 hours work 5/4 days a week) and this could be discussed within the interview.
