Job summary We are excited to expand our current rotations and recruit to our B5 physiotherapy posts at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. There are opportunities to rotate across our Winchester, Basingstoke, Alton, and Andover sites on a variety of rotations and specialties throughout the patient pathway, from front door to rehab. These settings include ITU, surgery, ED, medical, cardiology, elderly care, out-patients, orthopaedics (including trauma and elective), stroke, rehab, and paediatrics. Main duties of the job Assess and treat a variety of conditions across all core rotations while working as part of a wider therapy team to promote and develop evidence-based care. You will be expected to be part of the on-call training rota and partake in 7-day working as required. About us Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (HHFT) provides hospital services to around 570,000 people living in Hampshire and parts of West Berkshire, and specialist services to patients from all over the country. We deliver a full range of district hospital services in a variety of locations. As a Rotational Band 5 within the Therapy Team, you can expect to receive regular supervision, a comprehensive on-call training package, including a simulation training programme. You will be part of service improvement projects and work alongside experienced colleagues of all levels. We encourage you to be an active part of and receive the support of the Band 5 peer group and Band 5 mentor, as well as assisting in the support and guidance of Therapy Assistants. You will also be enrolled in a multidisciplinary Preceptorship programme for all newly qualified band 5s. There will be a requirement to work across sites when needed, so a flexible approach is necessary. Job Responsibilities

Qualification Essential BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy/MSc Physiotherapy or due to finish in the next 9 months. Desirable CSP membership Experience Essential Completed clinical placements in a variety of areas. Desirable Evidence of researching HHFT as an employer Experience in the NHS Evidence as to the reason for wanting to work for this trust Skills Essential Effective verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills. Effective participation in a multi-disciplinary team Desirable Evidence of CPD including reflective practice Extras Essential Committed to maintaining and improving own standards Expectation to participate in 7-day working patterns when required
