Education and Training
Vocational Master’s Degree in Pharmacy (MPharm) or equivalent Registered with the GPhC Recent 12 months pre-registration hospital pharmacy experience or at least 6 months post-registration hospital pharmacy experience (must have been within the last 12 months) Other
