An opportunity has arisen for a Specialist Physiotherapist at University Hospital Ayr. What you will do:
You will be required to rotate to a number of locations across Ayrshire in rotations of 6 months duration. Rotations include: Care of Elderly Medical/Unscheduled Care Surgical Trauma and Elective Orthopaedics Women’s Health/Obstetrics and Pelvic health Community Rehabilitation/Domiciliary Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation Mental Health Learning Difficulties Paediatrics Stroke Integrated Care Team These posts will hold an out of hours and weekend commitment. Prior to commencing on the out of hours service, you will receive tailored training and support to meet your needs. This service is committed to the development of staff; applicants will be supported to complete the flying start programme as part of their CPD activity in their first year - post graduation and will be involved with clinical supervision. Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
Diploma/Msc/BSc. in Physiotherapy. Current Health Care Professions Council registration. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Digital literacy. Team worker. Appetite for learning. Hours:
Up to 37 per week UK Driving Licence/Car Ownership:
