· Highly skilled supply chain practitioner with responsibility to drive key business initiatives and deliver supply chain efficiencies commensurate with Vestis’s long term business imperatives. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and compliance of route delivery schedules. The implementation and compliance of key middle and final mile activities with the freedom to identify and unlock opportunities that support improved delivery to our customers, deliver an enhanced experience for our workforce and cost out initiatives that strengthen our bottom line and shareholder value. · This newly created position will have clear objectives with an entrepreneurial spirit and freedom to access, plan and design supply chain opportunities that will have an impact on the end-to-end supply chain material flow for the Vestis network spanning 350 facilities, 3500 routes and a multi-million-dollar operating expense. This role will own a specific geographical region. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Key Responsibilities: Business critical team member in a fast-paced, high volume and dynamic fulfillment environment. Responsible for strategic oversight, process execution and timely implementation of network and route output solutions. Monitors trends and reports to management any ongoing or reoccurring issues around delivery and fleet operations. This role is required to monitor compliance of business expectations related to both middle and final mile. Reviews reports and dashboards for anomalies and identifies negative business trends in need of attention. Engage and support team collaboration. Identify and implement supply chain initiatives to support corporate strategies and goals. Creating and driving performance KPI, metrics and execution compliance. This position is part of a broader strategic imperative to reduce waste and achieve operating efficiencies while improving customer delivery performance. As such, the Route Execution Analyst will report and work directly with the Director, SCND Project Management-Implementation. STATUS AND SCOPE

This position reports to the Director, SCND Project Management-Implementation Strategic team member with confidence and speed in execution. Ability to solve complex problems. Ability to execute routing solutions to meet the needs of high growth business. Ability to collaborate and coordinate activity between multiple disciplines across multiple time zones. Sound judgement and decision-making skills. Drive for continuous improvement. Strong understanding of logistics. Strong ability to move between tactical and strategic aspects of business. Confidence and success in problem resolution; resourceful with ability to adjust to change. Strong financial/business literacy and analytical skills. Strong systems knowledge/capability to manage and integrate operating data. QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. 4+ years’ progressive experience in complex supply chain and logistics operations. Extensive knowledge of network optimization (including sophisticated and robust modeling tools). Proven operational and technical expertise of network optimization. Excellent analytic and data skills in developing actionable KPIs and metrics around service and cost. Analytics approach to problem solving and a passion for delivering excellence to our customers. The salary rate for this position ranges from $55,000 to $80,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors.
