Rovema Packing Technician
for an immediate start for a brand new food distribution company based in Harlow on a permanent position. Salary of Rovema Packing Technician will be between
£40,000 - £45,000
per year. Requirements:
Dry rice experience FFS (Form, fill and seal) packing experience and able to work under pressure Experience and understanding of SAP and operational People management skills Good computer skills Attention to detail Excellent communication skills Responsibilities:
Drive standards of quality, food safety, hygiene and housekeeping within the packing area through good manufacturing practice. Manage and ensure that a safe working environment exists for employees in the operation and the team meets health and safety standards required. Improving KPI targets Supervision of the production team in the warehouse Manage performance of team members up to the company standards. Making sure accurate and timely reports to assist with packing performance Meet customer requirements and be an excellent ambassador for the company.
