Silversea Cruises, a leader in luxury cruise experiences, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Campaign Marketing Manager Trade to join our team in Australia / New Zealand. This role is critical in driving trade marketing initiatives and campaigns, focusing on enhancing our brand presence and driving bookings through our valued trade partners. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy and Execution:

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive trade marketing campaigns tailored to the Australia / New Zealand market, ensuring alignment with global brand strategies with our National Key Account Manager and Director of Marketing. Trade Partner Relations:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, including travel agents, wholesalers, and tour operators, to enhance collaboration and drive joint marketing initiatives alongside our Sales Team and Marketing Director. Market Research and Insights:

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform and optimize campaign strategies. Content Development:

Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, email campaigns, social media content, and digital advertisements, tailored to trade partners. Budget Management:

Oversee the trade marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and a strong return on investment (ROI) for all campaigns. Performance Analysis:

Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and optimize future campaigns. Sales Alignment:

Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies align with sales goals and provide targeted support for their initiatives. Training and Support:

Develop and deliver training programs and materials in conjunction with our Global Trade Marketing Team to educate trade partners on Silversea’s offerings, new products, and marketing initiatives. Event Coordination:

Plan and execute trade events, webinars, and roadshows to engage and educate trade partners, showcasing Silversea’s unique selling points and luxury experiences. Qualifications: Education:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field preferred. Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within the travel, cruise or tourism industry. Skills: Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Attributes: Creative thinker with a strategic and innovative mindset.
