We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with a background in .NET development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement automation workflows, ensuring high-quality RPA solutions that align with business requirements. You will collaborate with Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Programme Managers to drive the adoption of automation across the organization. Key Responsibilities

Design and develop end-to-end automation solutions that meet business requirements. Collaborate with RPA Business Analysts to evaluate and design process workflows, building and testing RPA solutions. Create and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDD), including process flows and technical specifications. Assist in building business cases and identifying opportunities to expand RPA adoption. Lead investigations into RPA incidents and exceptions, performing root cause analysis and implementing fixes. Develop and deploy processes using a custom framework based on REFramework and peripheral tools using C#.NET. Write and maintain SQL scripts for data analysis and peripheral functions. Work closely with other developers to maintain robust data processing across systems. Monitor, troubleshoot, and support production environments, including RPA testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). Adhere to coding standards and provide regular updates on task progress. Additional Responsibilities

Support the maintenance of existing RPA processes, addressing issues requiring code changes. Conduct periodic reviews to ensure processes meet technical and business requirements. Occasionally contribute to broader development tasks within the C# developer group to expand knowledge of systems and processes. Skills and Experience Required

Proven experience in RPA development, with a strong background in C#.NET. Familiarity with REFramework and automation frameworks. Proficiency in SQL development on SQL Server and Oracle. Ability to develop and maintain complex solutions. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly in RPA and automation incidents. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams. What We Offer
