Registered manager - Learning Disabilities (Children) Location: Nottingham Salary: £50,000 DOE + Additional Once Ofsted registered Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week + on-call duties when required Note: No sponsorship offered Join Our Family-Run Team as a Registered Manager! We're hiring a passionate Registered Manager to open and lead our new two-bedded home in Nottingham, ideal for Deputy Managers ready to take on registration and make a difference. Key Responsibilities

Lead Ofsted Registration: Ensure compliance and high standards. Develop Care Plans: Focus on safety, well-being, and growth. Build Your Team: Recruit, train, and manage a dedicated care team. Manage Operations: Oversee budgets, resources, and schedules. Collaborate Externally: Work with local authorities and agencies. Ensure Safeguarding: Maintain strong safeguarding practice. Experience: 1+ years with children with learning disabilities. Focus: Personalised support for independence and quality of life. Qualifications

Experience: 1+ years as Deputy/Registered Manager in children's residential care (last 5 years). Experience: Worked for at least 2 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children. Diploma: Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or in progress). Skills: Strong Ofsted knowledge, leadership, communication, and organisational abilities. What We Offer
