Job Description 2 x Fixed Term Contracts available (18 month contract x 1 and 9 month contract x 1) | £48,610 to £52,594 per annum (Scale L) | 37 hours per week | County Hall Norfolk County Farms is a wonderful estate and is the second largest County Farms estate in England & Wales, covering an area of over 16,802 acres of farmland across the county of Norfolk, supporting 210 tenancies with 139 farmers, 85 dwelling and 506 outbuildings! It contributes to the rural economy by creating businesses and employment as well as generating an income for the Council. About The Rural Estate Surveyor Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for 2 x Rural Estate Surveyors to support our County Farms Estate on fixed term contracts as maternity cover. Ideally, the successful candidate will be a RICS qualified Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years’ post qualification experience. However, consideration will be given to those who are part qualified. What really matters to us is that as well as technical skills, you have great people skills to support our many tenants who are committed to making a success of their farms.
