An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Market Bosworth Agency. About the role: We are looking for someone who is highly organised, self-motivated, and enthusiastic with a flair for sales. This role is a chance for the right candidate to join our friendly team and contribute to our ongoing growth. Key Responsibilities include: Working as a team to achieve financial targets through selling and servicing of products. Supporting team members in their activities. Proactively establish customer needs so you can help them with solutions from our full product range. About you: Self-motivated and sales focused. Ability to work to and hungry to exceed targets. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Enthusiastic and keen to learn and develop. A problem solver, confident to use own initiative and judgement. Honest and trustworthy. Ability to manage and prioritise workloads effectively. Flexible, adaptable and open to new ideas. While you’re tenacious in your approach, you’ll put people first and make sure their experience reflects our longstanding reputation for outstanding customer service. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at Grade C or above. Good IT skills particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and Dynamics. Cert CII or higher an advantage. Previous Insurance experience is preferred but not essential.
