The role A varied and interesting role involving a wide range of estate management and professional consultancy work on behalf of our clients, and would suit a self-motivated and driven individual looking to progress their career. Estate management and associated professional work Property management including lease renewals, property maintenance, negotiation of leases and compensation claims amongst other tasks Preparation of management reports Residential and agricultural lettings and rent reviews About you Rural surveying experience, up to say 5 years post MRICS qualified, although candidates with both more or less experience may be considered. Package will be commensurate with experience. MRICS qualification; CAAV qualification would be an advantage but not essential The Client Our client is a leading name in the industry, valuing long-term client partnerships and solid, well-rounded advice. As well as farm consultancy, they provide services across the full suite of rural services, including estate management, professional surveying and renewables advice.
