Key Responsibilities
Estate management and associated professional work
Property management including lease renewals, property maintenance, negotiation of leases and compensation claims amongst other tasks
Preparation of management reports
Residential and agricultural lettings and rent reviews
Record keeping and terrier maintenance in relation to managed estates in liaison with property managers/administrators
Working with the assistance of our maintenance team, including Maintenance Manager and Property Managers, in respect of the maintenance, repair, and property compliance of managed estates
General liaison with clients, tenants and other stakeholders of managed estates, on a face to face basis as well as via correspondence and on the telephone
Administration within the department to include assistance at meetings and with marketing tasks
To liaise effectively with other disciplines within the office
Additional tasks as may reasonably be required from time to time
Key Skills
Rural surveying experience, up to say 5 years post MRICS qualified, although candidates with both more or less experience may be considered. Package will be commensurate with experience.
MRICS qualification; CAAV qualification would be an advantage but not essential

An opportunity for a Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor up to Associate level to work within the Rural Estate Management Team in Lincoln. The Lincoln Estate Management team are a friendly and energetic team of 7 providing management, professional consultancy and strategic advice for rural estates across the East Midlands and beyond, including private clients, institutions, public sector and corporate clients.
We sit within Savills Lincoln office, which also provides rural consultancy, farm agency, food and farming consultancy, and residential estate agency services.
