Full Time Our excellent client in the Norfolk region situated near Kings Lynn is seeking 2 dedicated SA Vets to join this close-knit team at this 100% independent practice. This is a 1st opinion practice with surgical referrals in soft tissue and orthopaedics, providing a great opportunity to further develop your career. The practice is a fully green powered hospital, ranking as one of the best Vets in Norfolk. Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years post-grad experience, but this is not essential. You will be a Small Animal all-rounder who is confident in theatre and with consults. You will have clinical freedom with open engagement and support for your ideas. This is a seriously supportive practice that will always be on hand to help. They offer uncapped CPD and will fully support and pay for certificate studies. Responsibilities: Mix of theatre, wards, and consults. Be a key member of a large team split between the main hospital and smaller site, which both have high-spec equipment such as: Full monitoring equipment Full set of scopes And lots more You will be on a split rota between the sites to maintain healthy relationships, which they all fully support. Your work schedule will include a mix of early and late shifts and participation in the night rota. Shift Patterns: 1:5 weekends with Thursday and Friday off before and Monday and Tuesday off after. 1:11 nights on a 7 on 7 off basis. Highly competitive salary starting from around £33,000, increasing with years of experience. Benefits: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service. Pay review every year.
