An exciting new opportunity within a SaaS technology business has arisen for a Sales Lead to join the team. As the first Sales hire, you will be the pioneering salesperson with a high degree of autonomy in shaping the sales strategy to introduce new products to clients and expand into new territories. You will be contributing directly to the growth of the business and taking a new, cutting-edge technology to market. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a sales strategy to introduce the software to new prospects. Identify and engage potential clients, identifying needs and demonstrating how the platform can add value to their operations. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Act as the primary point of contact and manage all aspects of the sales process. Provide feedback from the market to the product development team to help shape future updates and features. Attend industry events and conferences, network with potential clients, and stay informed on market trends. Requirements: Proven sales experience, preferably in software or technology sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence a variety of decision-makers. Ability to work independently and structure your time effectively. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with potential clients and attend events. Ability to be based in the London office 2-3 times per week. Nice to haves: Experience using HubSpot. Experience presenting sales updates to the wider business. Experience utilising LinkedIn as a platform for selling.
