As the Team Manager taking alead for the Early Help Hub, you will: Lead a small team of Early Help and Prevention Practitioners, managing all early help requests. Provide management support within the Safeguarding Hub and collaborate with co-located partners in a multi-agency forum. Ensure children receive timely and appropriate services by making confident and informed decisions. What We Offer: A Collaborative Approach:

What We’re Looking For: A qualified and registered social worker with experience in a Children’s Front Door Service. A dynamic leader who promotes positive and proactive working. A competent decision-maker who ensures the safety of children at the first point of contact. Someone who can provide swift direction and excellent management oversight to ensure the right outcomes for every child and family. Key Responsibilities: Work within a quality assurance framework and provide high-quality support and supervision for staff.
