Safety Case Developer
with a background in Nuclear on a permanent basis, to be located in Barrow with flexible hybrid working. What you'll be doing: Providing input to the Principal Engineering Manager (Site Safety Case) on production of effective safety cases through application of appropriate analytical methods and development of the documentation structure. Responsible for the provision of authoritative advice, guidance, mentoring and coaching of safety case specialists to develop and maintain an effective safety case capability. Providing authoritative guidance on the development of an appropriate safety case structure, development processes and associated analytical methods. Ensuring that the Site Safety Case Team undertakes all activities in a manner consistent with Company Policy, Business Processes and the Quality Assurance programme. Acting as a point of contact with internal and external safety and regulatory authorities. Your skills and experiences: Essential: Degree in STEM subject (or equivalent experience). Extensive knowledge of the techniques and methodology used in the development of safety cases that meet relevant good practice.
