Safety & Security Supervisor Security & Safety The Langham, London; Europe’s first Grand Hotel and Forbes 5* rated property, is currently recruiting for a Security Supervisor to join our talented Security team. We are looking for a true hospitality professional, with the flair to deliver service at the highest level. ABOUT THE ROLE • Assist in the implementation and administration of health, safety, and fire safety policies. • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and legal obligations. • Investigate security and safety incidents, including accidents and fire alarms, and provide recommendations. • Deliver training sessions, communicate safety policies, and maintain up-to-date safety documentation. • Assist with conducting fire drills and act as a deputy in emergency situations. • Maintain records of safety activities, produce statistical reports, and ensure compliance with certifications. ABOUT YOU • Previous experience within a similar role. • Current SIA Door Supervisor license. • Excellent customer service skills. • Great observation and monitoring skills. • Ability to be assertive in any situation in a professional way. • Ability to work on your own initiative but also as part of the Security team.
