Work closely with first contact physiotherapists, primary mental health workers, community link workers, pharmacists, paramedics, Macmillan nurses, social workers and an on-site district nurse team. Supportive Environment:
Participate in regular MDTs, peer support sessions, and cluster group meetings. Work-Life Balance:
