We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate part time General Practitioner (GP) to join our practice in England. The role is for 4 - 6 sessions weekly. Main duties of the job

You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team in a supportive and collaborative environment, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive care across a wide range of medical conditions. About us

Arbury Medical Centre is a very busy general practice, supporting an English average patient list size. We have a friendly multi-disciplinary workforce of thirty, plus additional PCN ARRS support staff. We are a high achieving QOF practice using EMIS clinical system and we are keen to embrace further technological enhancements to support our efficiency. Our last CQC rating status was Good. Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities : Patient Care : Provide high-quality, evidence-based primary care to patients of all ages, including diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic conditions. Clinical Duties : Conduct patient consultations, perform physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medication, and offer health promotion advice. Patient Records : Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and adhering to NHS guidelines. Team Collaboration : Work effectively with practice nurses, healthcare assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care. Clinical Leadership : Actively contribute to the development and implementation of practice protocols, best practices, and quality improvement initiatives. Continuing Professional Development : Participate in ongoing professional development, training, and meetings, keeping up-to-date with current medical practices and healthcare policies. Patient Education : Provide patients with information and advice on preventative care, healthy lifestyles, and the management of long-term conditions. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant NHS regulations, including safeguarding policies, infection control, and health and safety standards. Person Specification

Qualifications

Medical Degree GMC Registration Completion of GP Speciality Training MRCGP CCT Experience

Applicants should have the necessary qualifications and successful completion of speciality training in general practice, MRCGP and CCT certifications as a minimum. Experience of working with a GP Practice in England recently post qualification as a salaried GP or GP Locum. Disclosure and Barring Service Check
