Salaried GP
We are a friendly and supportive teaching practice in Bath, looking for an enthusiastic GP to join our team of doctors. We have a multidisciplinary team of 6 doctors, ANP/ Lead nurse, 3 nurses, 3 HCAs, GP Assistant, 2 Care coordinators, plus across the PCN we have a home visiting team of 2 paramedics, social prescriber, pharmacy team. The practice is supported by a large admin team, across 2 sites, one being opposite the Royal United Hospital and one on Rush Hill. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • 6 sessions per week • Tues, Wed and Fri all day. • Friendly & approachable team player THE JOB • 15 minute face to face appointments & 10 minute telephone appointments • Admin slots • Flexible start time WHAT WE OFFER • Salary with enhanced pay for extended hours work (if worked) • 6 weeks annual leave & 1 week’s study leave (pro rata) • Regular clinical meetings and regular education updates • All GPs are offered laptops (if wanted) • Parking THE PRACTICE • 2 sites, 1 purpose built, 1 converted house • Circa 9200 patients • CQC rated “good” • Training Practice • 4 care homes THE LOCAL AREA • Situated in the beautiful historic city of Bath • Excellent local schools • Direct access via train to London Please contact Helen Harris, Practice Manager at
