The surgery has an impending retirement and is looking for a salaried GP to join the practice, retention is excellent with many of the existing partners starting their careers as trainees. Workload is regularly monitored and maintained at less than 25 contacts per day, the sessions themselves are flexible and GPs are allocated 10% of their working week as CPD. Salary
