£40,000 - £94,500 per annum Indemnity paid + BMA Model Contract This is a real unicorn opportunity for you to join a fantastically well-recruited GP Training Practice on the idyllic Orkney Islands. The practice oozes work/life balance and that is no more evident than when looking at their large team of GPs relative to their list size, with the Partners preferring more GPs on deck to ensure everyone’s life is easer and more sustainable. You’ll enjoy things like a 5pm finish, twice daily coffee breaks, a weekly admin session (in addition to significant admin time day-to-day) and just 21 patients per day. Staff retention at the practice is fantastic and if Orkney wasn’t a big enough lure on its own, this practice does that and more.
