SALARIED GP GLADSTONE HOUSE SURGERY, ILKESTON, DERBYSHIRE. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP to join our friendly, dynamic and forward-thinking practice in Ilkeston for 4 sessions per week. We have a list size of approximately 5,000 patients. We are a supportive team with a passion for teaching, innovation and excellent patient care. We currently have 2 partners and 2 Salaried GPs, 1 ANP, however due to relocation one of our salaried GPs will be leaving. Our wider team also consists of 2 nurses, 1 HCA, 1 Long Term Conditions Care Co-ordinator, along with support from our CCG & PCN pharmacists, midwife, Care Co-ordinator and our supportive admin and cleaning team. We are located between Derby and Nottingham and are a short drive from both. We are also proud to be part of Erewash Health Partnership, which includes 7 other practices from the Ilkeston and Long Eaton areas who all work closely together. Application Process:
