The surgery is very flexible in terms of working arrangements and can offer anywhere between 4 and 8 sessions. They are also very flexible in terms of session start and finish times and can work around child care and commitments out of work. Development of the GP's is something the Partners are passionate about and can support GPs to develop interest areas and to get involved in teaching and training. There is also extensive support on offer for newly qualified GP's. There is a large team of existing Partners and Salaried GP's as well as a large and diverse team of different allied healthcare professionals. Admin is also very well looked after for the GPs with an effective workflow optimisation scheme in place. Finally, the surgery is well renowned and high achieving with a Good CQC report and near perfect QOF score.

- Well managed workload of 30 consultation per day
- Very rare home visits
- Well managed duty doctor
- Clinical support staff including Nurses, ANP's, Physician Associates, Pharmacists and Paramedics
- Extensive clerical support staff managing admin
- List size of circa 25,000
- Strong and stable team of Partners and Salaried GP's
- Training practice

Package and Benefits
