Kent LMC: Supporting list based personalised care, the partnership model and meaningful collaboration We are a forward-thinking, hardworking training practice based in a beautiful rural location just outside Ashford in Kent. We are recruiting an enthusiastic team player to join our team of 3 Partners and 7 Salaried GPs for 4-6 sessions per week. About you: We are looking for someone who is patient-centred, has a strong work ethic, is proactive, enjoys working as part of a team, and feels they can offer something new to the Practice. More about us: We are a GMS practice with approximately 10,500 registered patients. Our premises are purpose-built with 8 consulting rooms, 2 treatment rooms, and a minor ops room. We provide an extended range of Enhanced Services offering the potential to be involved and/or develop specialist clinical skills. Visiting consultants hold clinics on a regular basis. We work proactively and effectively as part of Mid Kent Primary Care Network. You will be supported by a full team of associated health professionals including an ACP, Nursing Team, Clinical Pharmacist, Cancer Care Coordinator, and Health and Wellbeing Navigators. We hold daily clinical catch-up meetings, weekly clinical meetings, and regular supervision. Our clinical system is EMIS Web. Rated Outstanding by CQC. What we offer: £11,500 to £12,300 per session per annum, depending on experience. Free Car Parking.
