They have managed to get rid of the dreaded Duty Doctor set-up, instead managing to share out the acute needs of their patients by ensuring all GPs have some same-day appointments.
Evenings and weekends are covered by ANPs ensuring the GPs can just work their normal hours.
The group as a whole offers significant support functions such as centralised admin, medicines management and call-handling to ensure GPs and the practice-based staff are as free as possible to just deal with patients who need care.
Newly qualifying GPs (including those needing Tier 2 visa sponsorship) as well as established GPs are both equally encouraged to apply, with the current team of GPs ranging from recently qualified to very, very experienced.
