Are you looking for a practice that truly values teamwork, flexibility, and sustainability in the ever-changing landscape of Primary Care? Join us and become part of a friendly and dedicated team that prioritises work-life balance, manageable workloads, and a supportive working environment. What We Offer

Flexibility: We understand the importance of a good work-life balance and offer flexible start and finish times to suit your needs. No on-call commitments. Home visits are typically undertaken by a PCN paramedic. GPs only handle documents they need to review, thanks to a document workflow system. A dedicated prescriptions team manages medication changes. Any home visits are factored into clinical sessions, not admin time. Competitive pay above the BMA average. We observe the BMA contract. Daily coffee breaks to connect and unwind as a team. A friendly, supportive, and collaborative atmosphere where we work together to solve problems. We are proactive in finding solutions to the challenges of Primary Care, adapting to ever-decreasing budgets while prioritising team well-being. Main duties of the job
