A CQC rated GOOD surgery in Swindon, Wiltshire is looking for a Salaried GP to join their team with a brilliant salary of up to £12,800 / session DOE + several benefits. Our client has a brilliant team which has been together for several years, with a flexible working schedule - one of the best in the area. They operate as efficiently as possible where the patients are seen by the most appropriate clinician. A purpose-built surgery (owned) that is extremely profitable and is very much about ensuring all staff are happy and looked after, which is clear by their unique offering. They are looking for a salaried GP to join their practice and be an essential part of the team and growth plans. They encourage specialist interests and ensure everyone does their fair share. They have regular whole team meetings where everyone comes together to ensure a great culture and ultimately deliver the best patient care and journey.
