Ideal candidates will have at least 1-3 years of relevant experience in the art market or luxury and high value products space, with a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Role Mission:

The Post-Sale Executive (PSE) is responsible for overseeing the full post-sale process, including artwork verification and logistics, across all functions requiring the handling, shipping, authentication, storage, and installation of art. Acting as the gatekeeper of Artscapy’s physical operations, the PSE ensures efficient and accurate processing of art transactions. This role demands strong organisational skills while managing a variety of deadlines, and meticulous attention to detail. Additionally, the PSE will oversee the maintenance of our local art storage, office installations, and ensure successful delivery and collection of artworks as required. Key Responsibilities:

Post-Sale Coordination:

Generate shipping quotes and source optimal shipping solutions for both buyers and sellers. Manage the complete fulfilment process for both domestic and international shipping orders, including the coordination of packaging when necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all post-sale transactions.

Client Communication:

Provide personalised and proactive communication to buyers, sellers, and shipping partners. Keep clients informed of updates and status changes regarding purchases and consignments, ensuring the highest level of client support.

Shipment Monitoring:

Track and monitor all shipments, ensuring delivery timelines are met. Provide timely progress reports to internal stakeholders and clients.

Artwork Inspections and Storage Management:

Verify documentation and condition of artwork during the intake process. Maintain appropriate records of artworks in storage and ensure that all inventory is organised, safely and securely stored.

Candidate Qualifications:

Experience:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in post-sale or logistics operations, preferably within the art or luxury goods sectors. Experience in handling and managing artworks is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Google Suite for Business, with the ability to adapt quickly to new technology environments. Comfortable using and learning internal CRM and logistics systems.

Communication Skills:

Able to manage communication across a wide range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals and corporate entities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive customer information with utmost discretion.

Organisational Skills:

Strong time management abilities, attention to detail, and capability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. A proactive and organised approach to managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot issues and resolve problems effectively. Able to provide exceptional client service even in ambiguous or challenging situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in the commercial art world or within the fine art logistics sector is a plus. Valid driving licence is a plus.
