A Café, Bar, and Restaurant Sales & Marketing Administrator at Epic Spice: Taste of Bharat will play a crucial role in promoting the business, driving customer engagement, and ensuring effective administrative support for sales operations. Below is a detailed description of the key duties and responsibilities: Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing:

Marketing Strategy Development: Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the café, bar, and restaurant. Help create campaigns that highlight the unique fusion of Bharat traditional cuisine and British style. Identify and implement strategies to attract new customers while retaining regular guests.

Social Media & Digital Marketing: Manage the café’s social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) by posting regular updates, promotions, and events. Create and schedule engaging content such as photos, videos, and customer stories to promote the restaurant online. Monitor online reviews and feedback, responding professionally to customer inquiries and complaints.

Event Coordination & Promotion: Assist in planning and promoting special events, seasonal menus, and offers to increase foot traffic. Collaborate with local businesses, influencers, and the community for event partnerships and promotions. Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth execution of events and promotional activities.

Email Marketing & Customer Outreach: Build and manage email marketing campaigns to keep customers informed of promotions, events, and special offers. Maintain and grow the customer database for targeted outreach and loyalty programs.

Advertising & Branding: Work with graphic designers to create promotional materials like flyers, menus, and banners. Ensure consistency in branding across all platforms, both online and offline. Coordinate paid advertising efforts in local media, newspapers, and digital platforms.

Sales Support & Administration:

Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on the café and restaurant’s sales performance, tracking trends and customer preferences. Prepare regular reports on marketing campaign results, analyzing which strategies are most effective. Track foot traffic, online engagement, and sales conversion rates for continuous improvement.

Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, such as corporate customers and event organizers. Respond to customer inquiries regarding reservations, event bookings, or special orders. Assist in managing customer loyalty programs and feedback collection.

Administrative Support: Maintain and organize marketing materials, sales records, and client databases. Handle bookings, reservations, and event scheduling for customers. Ensure that marketing campaigns comply with regulations and internal policies.

Supplier and Vendor Relations: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for promotional items, printed materials, or event collaborations. Negotiate and manage marketing-related contracts with vendors and service providers.

Collaboration with Operations Team: Work closely with the café and bar managers to ensure promotional activities are effectively integrated into daily operations. Communicate upcoming events, marketing campaigns, and promotions with the staff to enhance customer service.

Market Research & Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitors’ activities. Analyze customer feedback and market data to help shape future marketing initiatives.

Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximum return on investment. Track expenses related to marketing activities and promotional campaigns.

Other Responsibilities:

Stay updated on marketing trends, tools, and industry practices. Attend relevant industry events and networking opportunities to promote the business. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, along with a strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of the restaurant industry.
