Proactive approach to outbound sales calls to existing/lapsed customer base. Good communication skills to listen, understand, sell and close deals over the phone. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Able to handle customer concerns and objections with professionalism. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions on the in-house system databases. Generate leads through cold calling and utilizing other sales techniques. Extensive experience in outbound sales and closing deals with a passion for sales! Proven track record in sales, business development, and account management. Strong communication and negotiating skills. Thrives in fast-paced phone sales environment. Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage customer interactions. This is a full-time, permanent position, based at our client’s office in Leeds, working Monday to Thursday 8:30am until 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am until 4:30pm. The Sales Account Manager position offers GBP26,000 - GBP28,000 Basic Salary OTE GBP36,000+ plus benefits, including 25 days holiday + statutory.
