Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Respond to customer inquiries about product availability, pricing, and delivery. Follow up on leads and identify new business opportunities. Keep detailed records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to support sales campaigns and meet targets. Stay informed about market trends and share insights with customers.
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years in sales, telesales, or account management roles. Strong communication, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to close deals. A proactive and results-focused mindset. Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer literacy. While a degree or equivalent qualification is preferred, relevant experience is also valued.
