Sales Account Manager – SaaS (French speaking)

The Offer:
- Competitive basic salary of £63,000 pa + additional OTE of £27,000 pa
- Hybrid working: 3 days per week onsite in Central London
- Role will start on an 8-month contract, with potential opportunities to become perm
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market clients across a set of target accounts.
- Drive revenue by selling our cutting-edge digital media products, including up-selling, cross-selling, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop strategic plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets, successfully managing accounts through the entire sales cycle.
- Collaborate with channel partners to support and grow your portfolio of accounts, utilizing an indirect sales approach.
- Provide expert advice on contract models, guiding clients through migration processes, and using established sales methodologies to maximize impact.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Proven track record of selling software, ideally in creative products, document solutions, or SaaS.
- Experience in account management, inside sales, or renewals, with a focus on growing named accounts.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles, with a history of meeting or exceeding a sales quota of at least USD 0.5m annually.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Microsoft 365, Salesforce) and sales methodologies like MEDDICC or Value Selling.
- -Fluency in French/Italian and English is essential.
