Account manage an agreed set of clients, maximising on opportunities to increase market share and cross sell/upsell additional products. Proactively identify future clients and make them aware of your products and services, building a pipeline for the future. Prospect for new accounts through referrals, suppliers, social media and industry publications. Analyse and react to customer spending habits to ensure the correct products and services are being offered. Maintain high service levels to current customers, focussing on building strong relationships to aid retention. Working to a sales pipeline to consistently achieve target. Uncovering a customers real needs during a conversation to offer a suitable solution. Consultative with strong closing skills. Asking for feedback from customers to make sure the services and products are fit for purpose. Picking up on non-verbal cues to respond appropriately. Adapting your communication style to suit the needs of different customer types. Experience needed for the Sales Account Manager role
At least 2 years in a B2B sales environment (preferably telephony based). Account Management experience is desirable. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets consistently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Salary & Benefits
