We are looking for an enthusiastic and personable account manager to join our team. Key responsibilities include commercial pricing and negotiation, liaising with customers to problem solve, and overseeing sales orders from design through to delivery or handover. Seeking out and identifying opportunities for new business is always a focus in the role.
A successful applicant must hold at least 3 A Levels / NVQ level 3 or equivalent. We are looking for someone who is passionate, driven, and always brings personality to the room. Experience in sales and account management is essential, but specific product knowledge in textiles can be taught in-house.
As we are a small family business, being able to use initiative and being driven to find solutions without direction is a desirable skill, and fitting in with the team to bring the collective best out of everyone is important.
Some travel to customers around the country is involved in the role, so a full UK driving license is preferred. Parts of the working week not spent visiting customers will be based at our office in Nottinghamshire. Our office working hours are 8 am - 5 pm Monday to Thursday, with an early finish on Friday at 1 pm.
