What You Will Do:

Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all necessary documentation. Monitor and manage stock levels to align with customer demands and sales team expectations. Provide timely updates on sales performance and stock control metrics, contributing to strategic planning and decision making. Identify discrepancies in stock levels, spearheading investigations and resolutions to maintain operational integrity. Foster and maintain robust relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders, enhancing business growth and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with sales teams to devise supply solutions that meet customer needs while leveraging the company's capabilities.

What You Will Bring: A minimum of 5 'O' levels or equivalent, including English and Mathematics. At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales office environment, preferably within the Oil and Gas industry. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of integrity and ethical business practices. Proficiency in MOS (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with desirable skills in SAP and Microsoft Windows. A UK driving licence, complemented by outstanding organisational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
