ROLE OBJECTIVE:

The primary objective of this position is to facilitate the smooth and efficient operation of the Sales Administration department, playing a vital role in the overall success of the company through effective communication. The selected candidate will lead and inspire a dynamic sales admin team, ensuring the seamless management of sales processes, boosting sales performance, and strengthening customer relationships. This role requires quick thinking and adaptability, with a solid foundation in administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily functions of the sales office to maintain a productive and efficient workflow. Inspire, manage, and support a team of sales administration personnel to meet sales targets and align with company goals. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, promptly addressing their needs to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Collaborate with various departments, including field sales, finance, and logistics, to streamline operations and enhance service delivery. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, offering insights and strategic recommendations. Address and resolve escalated customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards. Manage Month-End Processes, ensuring accurate costing of deals, compliance with profit-sharing, and confirmation of payment and delivery. Coordinate the ordering of new machinery from manufacturers, update specifications as needed, and manage both new and used stock allocations.

Essential Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in a telesales management or supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced B2B environment. Strong leadership abilities with a knack for motivating and guiding a team. Excellent organizational skills and the capability to juggle multiple tasks effectively. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and ADP/SAP systems. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data for informed decision-making. A customer-centric approach with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
