Sales Administrator

to join the team at

Audi Thornhill . This will be a contract role covering for a Maternity Leave (18 months). Apply to this position if you: Want to work in an ever-changing market Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where adaptive skills lead to success Want to be part of an organization leading the way with analytical leadership and empowerment Have no management experience but have a drive to learn and evolve Responsibilities: Preparing BOS for dealer trades and wholesale cars Filling in reception at lunchtime or when required (Back-up) Updating Sold Log and various other logs (Must have excellent Excel/PowerPoint knowledge) Closing R/O’s if required Replying to general inquiry emails Qualifications: Excellent oral and written communication skills Demonstrated excellent telephone demeanor and ability to accurately record messages and information Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills Organizational ability and attention to detail Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to completion Two (2) years experience as a customer service representative, or equivalent Administrative experience preferred Dealership experience preferred What We Offer: Competitive compensation Employee support and training programs Wide array of career growth and advancement opportunities Employee discount programs Work-life balance ABOUT US Dilawri Group of Companies represents 83 dealerships nationwide with 23 dealerships in Ontario!
