This organisation values excellence and innovation, constantly striving to improve and deliver top-quality products. Job Description Coordination of sales-related activities and support to the team. Managing customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service. Maintaining and updating customer databases for the department. Processing sales orders and ensuring timely delivery. Assisting in producing sales reports and forecasts. Liaising with other departments to ensure business operations run smoothly. Providing administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support team. Assisting in the planning and organisation of sales events or meetings. The Successful Applicant A successful Sales Administrator should have: Relevant experience as a Sales Administrator Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Strong customer service skills. The ability to work well in a team and multitask. What's on Offer The successful Sales Administrator will receive: A competitive salary in the range of £25,000 - £27,000 per year. A supportive and professional work environment.
