About Our Client A new and used car dealership based in Surrey. Job Description Bring new & used vehicles into stock daily. Keep a paper trail of this & electronic record. Action payments for used cars when purchased. Add/remove vehicles from VW Bank when bought/sold. Create order forms & prepare documents for vehicle handover, including registering new vehicles. Assist Sales team in preparing vehicles - Requesting work to be done, checking MOT expiry dates. Update system records for sold vehicles once handed over - VMS, DVLA, VW Warranty. Keep correct & accurate records for audit purposes. Assist in regular audits from brand & bank when required. 'End of Month' reports for Accounts team. The Successful Applicant IT Literate - Good MS Office competency. A willingness to learn. Organisation skills & good time management. Full & clean driving licence. Previous experience with Pinnacle advantageous. Previous experience within a fast-paced Sales environment. What's on Offer 22 days annual leave + bank holidays.
