The Role

As the Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales management and the wider sales team, ensuring efficient order processing, accurate sales records and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery. Manage order fulfilment and tracking, providing updates to customers as needed. Resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies promptly. Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas) to analyze sales data, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities. Create detailed sales reports, including product performance, customer segmentation, and regional analysis. Provide clear visualizations to present data in a clear and actionable form to the sales management team on a weekly/monthly basis. Track sales targets and quotas, providing regular updates to management.

The Person

To be considered for this position, applicants must demonstrate the following skills and experience: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization techniques. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets. Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting methods. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
