Responsibilities: Run Daily Sales Figures: Track and update daily sales figures, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting. Internal Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure sales are accurately recorded and called in on time. Post-Appointment Survey Calls: Conduct follow-up calls with customers to gather feedback after appointments. Prepare Material for Sales Meetings: Compile and prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for the weekly sales meetings held on Fridays. Chase Sales Paperwork: Actively chase paperwork from the sales team to ensure all necessary documentation is submitted in a timely manner. Organise Sales Documentation: Maintain and organise sales-related paperwork and files, ensuring they are up to date and accessible. Ad-Hoc Sales Administration: Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and handling day-to-day tasks. Spreadsheet Creation & Number Tracking: Utilise Excel to create and manage spreadsheets, track performance metrics, and analyse data to support decision making. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that daily sales figures are accurately tracked, that internal teams are supported, and that all necessary sales documentation is organised and up to date. Minimum Requirements: Must have previous experience working in a sales environment. Proven experience in a sales administration or support role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating and managing spreadsheets, and working with data. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
