We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our client's team in Camberley! If you thrive in a fast-paced office environment and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.

Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring timely and accurate sales orders and quotations while delivering exceptional customer service!

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming enquiries via the sales inbox and direct them to the appropriate team members. Prepare standard quotations following guidance from the team. Enter and review sales orders. Respond to customer enquiries about lead times, pricing, sales documentation, and post-shipping and invoice queries within agreed timescales. Maintain positive relationships with both internal and external customers.

Who we're looking for:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in office-based customer service and administration, with strong computer skills and confidence in a customer-facing role. To be successful, you should be commercially aware to spot sales opportunities, able to work accurately and efficiently, and possess strong time management skills.
