to join our fantastic team at our site in Colchester. The site is easily accessible from towns such as Clacton-on-Sea, Harwich, Felixstowe, Ipswich, Hadleigh, Sudbury, Haverhill, Cambridge, Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Stowmarket, Chelmsford, Braintree and the surrounding areas. Reporting into the Internal Sales Supervisor, the successful

Sales Administrator

will ensure accurate and correct sales administration processes are applied within the Commercial Sales Team. You will also provide sales administration and serve as a quality business filter between Sales Administration and internal and external stakeholders. On a day-to-day basis, duties and responsibilities of the

will include (not exhaustive): Providing administrative support to external account managers Taking full administration responsibility of the London mailbox by dealing with all emails and sending inquiries to correct places and stakeholders Raising and updating quotes Dealing with orders, planning inquiries, and assisting customer inquiries by email Raising unmanaged accounts quotes Sending to the relevant person to price, orders, and referrals if needed Any other general inquiries linked to Tarmac products and sales The Ideal Candidate

No formal qualifications are necessary for this role, but the ideal

Sales Administrator

will be someone who is comfortable in dealing with a wide variety of people, is able to prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment, and can show good problem-solving skills. Why Us
