Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very well-established business who have exciting expansion plans for 2025.

As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting a specialist Sales team in the day-to-day management of their clients and assisting them with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities: Act as a point of contact in the office to assist clients with their needs via email and telephone. Assist in processing customer quotes and sales orders. Issue and send catalogues, images, and samples. Manage back-orders. Keep track of customer orders and resolve any issues. Log and manage credits and debits to accounts. Dispatch goods and manage transportation and logistics. Efficiently file terms, contracts, and all other customer information. Manage administration for new client accounts. Liaise with internal departments to manage customer requirements. Assist with exhibitions and trade shows. Process orders. Manage the transportation of goods. Liaise with the Purchasing Team to manage stock levels. Ensure delivery deadlines are achieved and communicate effectively with customers if they are not. Work to SLA agreements. The Ideal Administrator Will Have: Experience as an Administrator/Co-Ordinator/Sales Administrator. Excellent attention to detail. Experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Good experience in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills, clear and concise in both verbal and written communication. Ability to manage projects and juggle multiple tasks. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team setting. A quick learner who can process information and prioritize actions. Ability to create, maintain, and develop relationships across internal and external contacts. A flexible approach, being highly organized and process-driven.
